salesforce consulting, implementation & support

Salesforce work,
done by people
you'll actually know.

We're a small shop, and we like it that way. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it — and the same person who answers when you email a year later with a question.

Four things, done carefully.

We stick to Salesforce. It keeps us sharp, and it means we can usually tell you what something will take before you've finished describing it.

Consulting

Sometimes you just need someone who's seen this before. We'll look at what you have, listen to what isn't working, and give you a straight answer about what's worth doing — including when the answer is "not much yet."

  • An honest look at your current setup
  • A plan you can actually budget for
  • Licensing and architecture advice

Implementation

New org or a phased rollout, we build it and stay with it through go-live. You'll get regular check-ins, no surprises on the invoice, and people who know your setup by heart.

  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom builds
  • Objects, flows, and automation
  • Data migration and training your team

Integrations

Salesforce rarely lives on its own. We connect it to the systems you already rely on — accounting, phones, ticketing, whatever it happens to be — and build it so it keeps working after we've gone.

  • APIs and middleware
  • ERP and back-office connections
  • Data syncs that don't quietly break

Ongoing support

An admin on call, without hiring one. We handle the day-to-day requests, keep an eye on each release, and make the small improvements that never quite make it onto a project plan.

  • Day-to-day admin and user questions
  • Release checks and enhancements
  • Small improvements, steadily

Small on purpose.

We've worked at bigger firms. The parts we liked — careful discovery, real architecture, proper testing — we kept. The parts we didn't — five people on a call, three of them silent — we left behind. You'll work directly with the people doing the work.

01

We listen

We start with a conversation, not a questionnaire. We want to understand how your business actually runs before we suggest anything.

02

We plan

You get a scope, a timeline, and a number. If something changes along the way, you'll hear it from us before it shows up on an invoice.

03

We build

The people who scoped it are the people who build it. We check in as we go, so nothing lands as a surprise at the end.

04

We stick around

Go-live isn't the finish line. We're here afterward for the small fixes, the questions, and whatever your business grows into next.

A few clients, looked after well.

Nightingale Systems is a small Salesforce practice. We work with small and mid-sized businesses that want the work done properly and would rather not be a rounding error in somebody's book of business.

We only take on what we can do well, so now and then we'll say no, or point you toward someone better suited. We'd rather do that than overpromise and become the reason your project ran late.

Tell us what you're working on.

A couple of sentences is plenty to start with. We read every message ourselves and usually reply within a business day — no sales sequence, no discovery call you have to sit through.

We'll only use this to reply. No lists, no newsletters.
